The S29GL512S11GHB020 is a 512 Mb MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse flash memory with parallel interface, built on 65 nm technology. It delivers random access times down to 100 ns and page access as low as 15 ns, supports I/O voltages from 1.65 V to 3.6 V, and operates with a single supply (VCC: 2.7 V to 3.6 V). Uniform 128 kbyte sectors, a 512-byte programming buffer, and internal ECC ensure robust data integrity. With up to 100,000 program/erase cycles, it is suited for embedded use.
