The S29GL512S11FAIV23 is a 512 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, featuring a 16-bit data bus and asynchronous read access times down to 110 ns (random) and 25 ns (page mode). It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), supports a 512-byte programming buffer, robust sector protection, internal ECC, and 100,000 program/erase cycles.
