The S29GL01GT11TFIV33 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, with random access times as low as 100 ns and page access times down to 15 ns. Operating from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and supporting 1.65 V to VCC I/O, it features a 512-byte programming buffer, advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and 20-year data retention.
