The S29GL01GS10DHI023 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology, with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC). It features a 16-bit data bus, page access as low as 15 ns, random access of 100 ns, and a 512-byte programming buffer. Uniform 128-kB sectors, advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and 100,000 program/erase cycles ensure reliability. Operating from –40°C to +85°C, it is ideal for embedded and automotive roles.
