The S29GL01GS10DHI010 is a 1 Gb MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse flash memory device with a 3.0 V core and versatile I/O supporting VIO from 1.65 V to VCC. It features a 16-bit data bus, uniform 128 kB sectors, and page access times down to 15 ns with random access as fast as 100 ns. The device offers a 512-byte write buffer, internal ECC, and advanced sector protection. Operating from -40°C to +85°C, it supports 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20 years data retention.
