It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply with versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), supporting 100,000 program/erase cycles and 20-year data retention. Advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and a 512-byte write buffer ensure reliability in demanding embedded applications.
