The S29GL128S90DHI013 is a 128 Mb, 3.0 V parallel NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 16-bit data bus, 90 ns random access, 15 ns page mode read, and a 512-byte programming buffer for fast writes. With a versatile I/O voltage range of 1.65 V to VCC, uniform 128-kbyte sectors, advanced sector protection, and operation from -40°C to +105°C, it delivers high reliability for automotive, industrial, and embedded applications.
