The S29GL128S90DHA023 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 3.0 V core, versatile I/O (1.65 V to 3.6 V), 16-bit data bus, 90 ns random access, and 15 ns page mode access. Buffer programming supports up to 512 bytes per operation.
