The S29GL128S90DHA013 is a 128 Mb parallel flash memory using MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse 65 nm technology, featuring a 16-bit data bus and random access times down to 90 ns. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and versatile I/O (1.65 V to VCC), it supports industrial and automotive grades (-40°C to +85°C/+105°C, AEC-Q100). Features include a 512-byte write buffer, automatic ECC, uniform 128 kbyte sectors, and up to 100,000 program/erase cycles.
