The S29GL128S90DHA010 is a 128 Mb parallel NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ Eclipse technology. It features a 3.0 V core supply, 1.65 V to VCC versatile I/O, and a 16-bit data bus. With 90 ns random and 15 ns page access times, it supports fast asynchronous and page mode reads. The device offers 128 uniform 128-kbyte sectors, a 512-byte programming buffer, internal ECC, and advanced sector protection. It is AEC-Q100 Grade 3 qualified for automotive use.
