The S29GL01GT11DHB020 is a 1 Gb (128 MB) parallel NOR flash memory using 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with a 3.0 V core and I/O range from 1.65 V to VCC. It delivers 15 ns page access and 100 ns random access, supports ×8/×16 bus widths, and features a 512-byte programming buffer. With 100,000 program/erase cycles, 20-year retention, internal ECC, and AEC-Q100 automotive qualification, it is ideal for code storage and XIP in automotive and industrial applications.
