The S25FS128SAGNFI000 is a 128 Mbit (16 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad I/O including DDR modes, with up to 80 MBps read rates and 256/512-byte page programming. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it offers 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year retention. Qualified for automotive, industrial, and embedded applications, it is ideal for code shadowing, XIP, and secure storage.
