The S29AL008J55BFIR20 is an 8 Mbit (1M × 8-bit/512K × 16-bit), 3 V boot sector Flash memory with access times as fast as 55 ns for high-speed microprocessor interfacing. It operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and features ultra-low standby and sleep currents down to 0.2 µA. The device offers flexible sector architecture, hardware sector protection, and 1,000,000 program/erase cycles per sector.
