S28HS512TGABHI010

The S28HS512TGABHI010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory with octal interface for industrial and automotive use. Operating at 1.8 V, it supports SDR up to 200 MBps and DDR up to 400 MBps at 200 MHz. Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology enables ECC (SECDED), CRC, and ISO26262 ASIL B/D functional safety. Endurance Flex architecture provides high-endurance partitions with at least 1,280,000 program-erase cycles. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification ensures reliable operation.
