It delivers up to 400 MBps read speeds in DDR mode (200 MHz), SECDED ECC for error correction, and ISO26262 ASIL B/D functional safety. Endurance Flex architecture enables high endurance and long retention. Advanced sector protection, SafeBoot, CRC, and AutoBoot ensure secure operation.
