The S28HS01GTFPBHI030 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory using Infineon 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It offers an octal interface (JEDEC JESD251 compliant) with SDR up to 200 MBps and DDR up to 400 MBps, operating at 1.7–2.0 V. Functional safety is supported with ISO26262 ASIL B compliance, ECC for single-bit correction and double-bit detection, and Endurance Flex architecture. Typical applications include automotive, industrial, and embedded systems.
