The S28HL512TFPBHI010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR flash memory with a 3.0 V octal interface, built on 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports octal (SDR up to 166 MBps, DDR up to 332 MBps) and SPI, with flexible sector architectures including uniform 256 KB and hybrid 4 KB/256 KB options.
