Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it supports SDR up to 166 MBps and DDR up to 332 MBps, with JESD251 xSPI and ISO 26262 ASIL-B/D compliance. Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, flexible sector architecture, built-in ECC (SECDED), Endurance Flex for up to 2,560,000 cycles, and AEC-Q100 qualification enable robust automotive use up to 125°C.
