The S25FL512SDSBHBC13 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory with MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for enhanced program and erase performance. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it supports single, dual, quad, and DDR SPI modes with maximum read speeds up to 80 MBps. Uniform 256 KB sectors, 100,000 cycles, 20-year retention, and AEC-Q100 grades make it ideal for embedded code shadowing, XIP, and data storage.
