The S25FL128SAGMFN003 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes including DDR, with up to 80 MBps read and 1.5 MBps program speeds. Operating at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers advanced sector protection, 100,000 program-erase cycles, and 20-year data retention. Qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 for automotive and embedded code storage.
