The FM24CL16B-DG is a 16-Kbit (2K × 8) serial F-RAM with an I2C interface, providing nonvolatile data storage with up to 100 trillion read/write cycles and 151-year data retention. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.65 V over –40°C to +85°C, it features low active (100 μA at 100 kHz) and standby (3 μA typ) currents. Fast NoDelay™ writes at bus speed enable frequent data logging and reliable industrial control, making it a direct hardware replacement for serial EEPROM.
