The S25HS512TDPNHB010 is a 512 Mb SEMPER™ NOR Flash memory based on Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting Quad SPI (up to 102 MBps DDR/83 MBps SDR), Dual SPI, and standard SPI protocols. It features flexible sector architectures, configurable page buffers, and ISO 26262 ASIL-B compliance. Endurance Flex enables up to 1,280,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years retention. Integrated ECC, CRC, and SafeBoot ensure high reliability for automotive and industrial use.
