The S25FL256LAGNFI011 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) serial NOR flash memory based on 65-nm floating gate technology, supporting SPI with single, dual, and quad I/O as well as QPI and DDR modes up to 133 MHz. It features a 256-byte page program buffer, uniform 4 KB sector, 32 KB half block, and 64 KB block erase, and operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V.
