The S25FL256LAGMFM003 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory with 133 MHz clock, 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification for -40°C to +125°C. It supports single, dual, and quad I/O, QPI, and DDR read modes with up to 66 MBps throughput.
