The S25FL256LAGMFB003 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory, built on 65-nm floating gate technology and qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (–40°C to +125°C). It supports single, dual, and quad I/O SPI modes up to 133 MHz, with DDR Quad Read at 66 MBps. A 256-byte page program buffer, uniform 4 KB sector erase, and advanced security with individual and region protection make it ideal for code storage, XIP, and secure data in automotive systems.
