The S25FL256LAGMFB001 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) SPI NOR flash memory with 65-nm floating gate technology, supporting single, dual, and quad I/O, QPI, and DDR read modes up to 133 MHz (66 MBps). Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified (–40°C to +125°C) for automotive use.
