The S25FL064LABMFM001 is a 64 Mb automotive-grade SPI flash memory supporting single, dual, quad, QPI, and DDR read modes. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V and -40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1), it delivers up to 108 MHz SDR and 54 MHz DDR read rates. Features include a 256-byte page buffer, uniform 4 KB, 32 KB, and 64 KB erase options, advanced security with four 256-byte regions, individual and region protection. It is designed for code shadowing, XIP, and embedded storage.
