The S25FS512SDSNFV010 is a 512 Mb SPI NOR Flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI I/O, including DDR modes, with up to 80 MB/s read speed and 512-byte page programming. Operating at 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it features advanced security with OTP and block protection, and is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified for automotive and industrial code execution and data storage.
