The S25FS512SDSNFI011 is a 512 Mb serial NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR modes, achieving read rates up to 80 MB/s. Features include a 512-byte page programming buffer, hybrid and uniform sector erase, 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum, and 20-year data retention. Automotive and industrial grades are available.
