The S25FS512SDSMFI010 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) FS-S Flash memory device with MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase performance. Supporting SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad interfaces including DDR read modes, it operates from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and meets industrial and automotive temperature ranges up to 125°C. With up to 80 MB/s quad DDR read speed, it is ideal for embedded and automotive code shadowing.
