The S25FS512SDSBHM213 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory based on 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology with Eclipse architecture, supporting read rates up to 80 MB/s (DDR Quad I/O) and page programming up to 512 bytes. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and up to 125°C, it offers hybrid or uniform sector erase, advanced sector protection, internal ECC, and extended 32-bit addressing for code shadowing, XIP, and data storage in embedded and automotive systems.
