Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and supporting automotive temperature ranges up to 125°C, it offers SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, quad, and DDR modes, achieving read speeds up to 80 MB/s. With a 512-byte page programming buffer, 100,000 P/E cycles minimum, and 20-year data retention, it is ideal for embedded and automotive code shadowing and data storage.
