The S25FL128SAGMFN001 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for high reliability and fast performance. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI Multi-I/O including DDR commands, with read rates up to 52 MBps (104 MHz Quad) and 80 MBps (80 MHz Quad DDR).
