The S25FL128SAGMFN000 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture, supporting up to 133 MHz read and 80 MBps Quad DDR read. It features single, dual, and quad SPI Multi-I/O, operates at 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, and endures 100,000 program-erase cycles with 20-year data retention.
