The S25FL256LAGBHV020 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm floating gate technology. It supports up to 133 MHz SDR and 66 MHz DDR operation, operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, and meets -40°C to +105°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 2).
