The S25FL256LAGBHI023 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) serial NOR flash memory with multi-I/O SPI interface supporting single, dual, quad, QPI, and DDR read modes. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V, it achieves up to 66 MBps read speed in quad DDR mode and offers a 256-byte page programming buffer. Built on 65-nm floating gate technology, it ensures 100,000 program/erase cycles. Automotive qualified (AEC-Q100 Grade 1, -40°C to +125°C), it is ideal for embedded storage.
