It delivers 100 trillion read/write cycles, 151-year data retention, and NoDelay™ writes. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V across -40°C to +85°C, it features programmable watchdog timer, low-VDD reset, battery-backed event counters, and lockable 64-bit serial number.
