FM3164-GTR

The FM3164-GTR is a processor companion integrating 64 Kbit F-RAM, real-time clock, and supervisory functions in a 14-pin SOIC package. It delivers 100 trillion read/write cycles and 151-year data retention, with programmable low-VDD reset, watchdog timer, dual battery-backed event counters, and a lockable 64-bit serial number. Operating from 2.7 V to 5.5 V across -40°C to +85°C, it supports I2C up to 1 MHz and features low power consumption for industrial systems.
