FM31278-G

The FM31278-G is a 256-Kbit processor companion with F-RAM, integrating nonvolatile memory, real-time clock, and supervisory functions in a 14-pin SOIC. Its 32K × 8 F-RAM array offers 100 trillion write cycles, 151-year data retention, I2C up to 1 MHz, and operation from 4.0 V to 5.5 V over -40°C to +85°C. Features include watchdog timer, low-voltage reset, power-fail comparator, event counters, and lockable 64-bit serial number. RTC and counters support battery backup.
