FM31256-G

The FM31256-G is a processor companion with 256-Kbit ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) offering 100 trillion read/write endurance and 151-year data retention. It integrates nonvolatile memory, real-time clock/calendar, low-VDD reset, watchdog timer, dual battery-backed event counters, and a lockable 64-bit serial number in a 14-pin SOIC package. Operating from 2.7 V to 5.5 V across -40°C to +85°C, it features a fast I2C interface up to 1 MHz for industrial and embedded applications.
