The S25FL128SAGMFMR00 is a 128 Mb SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using Infineon's 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI modes, including DDR read commands, with read speeds up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it offers 20-year data retention and 100,000 program-erase cycles minimum. Security features include block protection and a 1024-byte OTP array. It is ideal for embedded code and data storage.
