The S25FL128SAGMFM001 is a 128 Mb SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports SPI Multi-I/O with single, dual, and quad data lines, DDR commands up to 133 MHz, and operates from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O. With AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification, hybrid sector architecture, 100,000 cycles, and advanced sector protection, it is ideal for code storage, XIP, and automotive applications.
