The S25FL128SAGMFI003 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI Multi-I/O, SDR and DDR up to 133 MHz, and read speeds up to 80 MBps. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it withstands up to 125°C (AEC-Q100 Grade 1). Key features include hybrid sectoring, 100,000 cycles, and 20-year retention.
