The S25FL128SAGMFI000 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI I/O, with SDR and DDR read modes up to 133 MHz and 52 MBps (Quad SDR). Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, it endures 100,000 program-erase cycles and 20-year data retention.
