The S25FL128SAGMFBR03 is a 128 Mb (16 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR flash memory using 65-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology, supporting up to 133 MHz read speeds and 100,000 program/erase cycles. It operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V core supply and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O, features hybrid sector architecture, advanced security with OTP and block protection, and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification for -40°C to +125°C. Applications include automotive ECUs and industrial controllers.
