The S27KS0642GABHI033 is a 64 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) with a HYPERBUS™ interface for high-bandwidth external memory expansion. It runs from 1.7 V to 2.0 V and supports a 200 MHz DDR clock for up to 400 MBps throughput and 35 ns max access time. It supports linear and wrapped bursts (16 to 128 bytes), optional DCARS, and power modes including hybrid sleep and deep power-down.
