S27KL0642GABHV020 is a 64 Mb HYPERRAM™ self-refresh DRAM (PSRAM) for high-bandwidth external memory expansion over the HYPERBUS™ interface. It uses an 8-bit DDR data bus with RWDS strobe, supports single-ended or differential clocking, and runs up to 200 MHz for 400 MBps throughput with 35 ns maximum access time. Operating range is 2.7 V to 3.6 V and -40°C to +105°C in a 24-ball FBGA.
