The S25FL512SAGMFIR10 is a 512 Mb (64 MB) SPI Multi-I/O NOR Flash memory using Infineon's 65 nm MIRRORBIT™ technology and Eclipse™ architecture for fast program and erase. It supports single, dual, and quad SPI, including DDR modes, with read speeds up to 80 MBps (Quad DDR). Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V core and 1.65 V to 3.6 V I/O supply, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified (-40°C to +125°C).
