The S26KL256SDABHN020 is a 256 Mb (32 MB) HYPERFLASH™ NOR memory with 3.0 V-only supply and HYPERBUS™ DDR interface, delivering up to 333 MBps sustained read throughput at 166 MHz. It features 96 ns initial random access, a 512-byte program buffer, 256 KB sector erase, and advanced sector protection. With 100,000 program/erase cycles, 20-year data retention, and –40°C to +125°C (AEC-Q100) operation, it is ideal for automotive and embedded systems.
