The S25HS01GTFABHV030 is a 1 Gb SEMPER™ NOR Flash using Infineon's 45-nm MIRRORBIT™ technology. It supports Quad SPI up to 166 MHz (SDR) and 102 MHz (DDR), SECDED ECC error correction, and ISO26262 ASIL B functional safety. Operating from 1.7 V to 2.0 V, it is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified (-40°C to +125°C). Endurance Flex architecture enables high endurance and long retention, with minimum 2,560,000 program-erase cycles and 25 years retention. Ideal for automotive reliability.
